NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER | BABY jOSIE’S NASHVILLE NEWBORN SESSION

This sweet baby girl was one of THE best babies I have ever had in my studio! She slept the entire time and never made a peep. We got several different looks and poses during her newborn session. Mom had mentioned on her pre-session newborn questionnaire that Josie’s newborn nursery theme was safari with creams, light green, and wooden elements. Baby Josie was born close to Christmas time so we incorporated a subtle splash of Christmas to one of her images. Mom and Dad decided on a huge wall art of the whole family to place above their fireplace in the living room and a wooden print for her nursery. The first family portrait you take with your newborn baby is something you will treasure for the rest of your life. Can you imagine how much your child will cherish that photo after you are gone? When we invest in our family heirlooms we are doing it for our children, our grandchildren, and our great-grandchildren. I can not express how important this truly is.

We have several clients that travel to us from Nashville, Tennessee for their maternity and newborn portraits. Our studio is located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri which is only 3 hours from Nashville. We are also only 1.5 hours south of St. Louis, Missouri.

I often get asked “When should I book my newborn session?” Every photographer is different but if you are wanting a newborn photoshoot with me I highly encourage you to book as soon as you have reached 12 weeks gestation. I have some moms that contact me before then because they want to make sure they get the best newborn portraits. Due to high demand I book up very quickly. I am typically booked 3-6 months in advance. I do sometimes have last minute openings but this does not happen very often.
